Degrease and clean stovetop, hotplates, and control knobs
Clean rangehood inside and out, including filters
Wipe down all cupboard fronts, handles, and internal shelves
Clean benchtops, backsplash, and remove all marks
Clean sink, taps, and remove any limescale or stains
Sweep and mop floors, including under appliances

Bathrooms, Laundry & Toilet

Scrub and sanitise toilet bowl, seat, and cistern
Clean shower recess, remove soap scum and mould
Clean bathtub thoroughly, including taps and drain

Clean exhaust fan and light fittings

Bond-Back Assurance

If your property manager identifies cleaning issues within 72 hours of our service, we'll return once to address cleaning-related issues noted in the inspection report at no extra cost.

Conditions:

Property manager report must be provided within 72 hours
One return visit included to address specified issues
Excludes damage, fair wear and tear
Excludes items not included in original booking
Access must be provided for return visit

Wall Wash / Wall Cleaning – $5 per wall
External Window Cleaning – $40 per window
Carpet Steam Cleaning – $50 per room
Mattress Cleaning – $30 per mattress
Fridge Cleaning (Interior) – $50 per fridge
Sliding Door Cleaning – $30 per sliding door
Blind Cleaning – $10 per blind

Note: Oven cleaning, curtain cleaning, internal window cleaning, and spot wall cleaning are included in the bond clean.

Preparation Guide

For Tenants
